The Sports Licensing and Tailgate Show was held in mid January of this year at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The selected Pitch Tank winners who attended the trade show will be placed in two groups. The first group is made up of items that are in production and ready for sale while the second group includes prototypes and concept products.
More than 300 manufacturers and 5,700 retail buyers attended the trade-only event. “I was bowled over by the level of innovation and degree of sophistication of the tailgating products we saw at Pitch Tank,” says Harrington. “In the five-minute sessions we held, we challenged companies with tough questions and got some really impressive answers.”

Those that make it through will be invited to participate in a Home Tailgating Show which is planned to coincide with the 2012 NCAA & NFL football season.
